|Wine maker notes
|The Clos du Soleil vineyard is located on the east facing slope of the Evenstad Estate. The single vineyard Chardonnay from this site delivers an aroma profile that consists of sweet honeysuckle, creme brulee and candied ginger. The palate offers a rich, mouth filling Chardonnay with balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish. This Chardonnay is planted exclusively to Dijon clone 76 and is the only vineyard on the estate with an east and west row orientation.

Propelled by a desire to produce the world’s best Pinot Noir, they founded Domaine Serene in Dundee Hills, located in the Northern Willamette Valley, where Oregon Pinot Noir began - and where its heart remains today.
